CIT 111 ASSIGNMENT
My Experience So Far In Covenant University
CU heard so many stories some false some factual, some scary some interesting.
Coming here gave me goosebumps got a little nervous on my first day, given a lot of money i've never held before, i tried but along the way i realized that it was not so easy after all feeling like a family man already though a teenager. So many new personalities, those annoying as usual, those friendly, funny and so on the list continues but i knew how to blend in in order to get along and avoid quarrels. As time went on I got along real quick due to my friendly attitude and good football skills scoring goals and dribbling pass defenses. Everything seemed well and easy going until the second week then came classes, lecturers and the whole school, me thinking how would i cope having over a thousand in a lecture hall listening to a single teacher, with side distractions and no one to correct, so it is up to you to shun that distraction or give up to it. Everything started to feel weird coming from a class of thirty students who end school hours by two o'clock to over a thousand students in a hall who end by 7 o'clock .
Some said they could not cope that after a year they would transfer to another university especially due to the time they are made to wake up and the dress code, I did not feel so bother about any of those, coming from a boarding school where you wake up by 4:30 in the morning and sleep by around 10 o'clock at night and always on school uniform.
If there is one thing that i have learnt is that as humans we are given the gift of adaptability and i believe after a while i will blend in just as our seniors did and to God be the glory i am adapting already.
